Click here for a Softball Registration form.  Registration forms are due by the deadline date listed above for each individual league.  A $15.00 late fee will be imposed for registrations received after the stated deadline.  Registrations will be accepted in the DPR office located in the lower level of the C.K. Newsome Community Center, Monday - Friday, from 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. daily.  Saturday registrations will be accepted on the registration deadline listed above for the Spring, Summer 11-Game, and Fall leagues, from 9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m only.  No other Saturday registrations will be accepted.

The Department of Parks and Recreation also offers a "FREE AGENT" registration for those individuals who do not have a team to play on.  The DPR then places those individuals on team according to competion levels and nights of preference.  Click here for a "Free Agent" Registration Form.

Required at the time of Registration.

1.  Completed Registration form. (at least 10 names complete with signatures)
2.  100% of entry fees are due at time of Registration.  NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS POLICY.
